1) Heard Mr. Hardik H. Dave, learned advocate for the applicant.

2) Attention was invited to the order dated 13.4.2012 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.3865 of 2012 in the case of a co-accused to submit that in case of a co-accused who has been attributed a similar role, this Court has enlarged him on bail.

3) In the light of the aforesaid, issue Rule, returnable on 12th June 2012. Ms. Archana Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.
