Matrimonial dispute between petitioner and her husband needs to be determined in appropriate proceedings by the competent authority. Neither the employer gets any right to adjudicate such matter nor any direction would be warranted for diverting part of pension to the petitioners.
Leaving it open for the petitioner to seek appropriate relief before the competent forum, this petition is consigned to records.
