THIS APPEAL COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE LOK ADALAT AFTER BEING REFERRED VIDE ORDER DATED 24.07.2015, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED.
CONCILIATION ORDER The learned counsel for the appellant, appellant, learned counsel for the respondent and the respondent are present.
2. After prolonged negotiations, the matter is settled. The Appellant has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.8,50,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) in full and final settlement of the judgment and decree dated 11.10.2013 in OS No.1406 of 2011 on the file of XLI Addl. City Civil Judge, Bangalore City as well as Criminal RP No.948.2014. The appellant has agreed to pay the respondent the aforesaid amount in terms of the joint memo. The parties have agreed to report settlement in Criminal Revision Petition No.948/2014. Appellant is entitled for refund of Court fee paid on the appeal memo.
3. This Regular First Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the Joint memo. The judgment and decree of the court below is modified accordingly. Draw up the decree in terms thereof.
