ON SPEAKING TO MINUTES (Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI)
1. We have heard Mr. Dipen Desai, learned counsel for the petitioners in this application for Speaking to Minutes. Clerical mistakes have crept in paragraph No.5 of the order dated 09.07.2012, which are rectified as under.
2. In paragraph No.5, in the third line after the word `allowed.' the following should be added:-
"on the same terms and conditions as provided in the order of the co-ordinate Bench dated 12.07.2012 passed in Special Civil Application No.1051 of 2012."
3. In the 4th line of paragraph No.5, the words `on submissions of bond by the petitioners' be deleted.
4. With the aforesaid corrections and modifications, this application for Speaking to Minutes stands disposed of. Registry is directed to correct the order accordingly and issue a fresh certified copy to parties on payment of usual charges.
