JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The learned counsel appearing for the appellants has circulated a letter dated 08.09.2017, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Appeal. Accordingly, the matter appeared today under the caption ?for withdrawal? and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
