This Transfer C.M.P. is filed to withdraw O.P. No.404 of 2012 from II Metropolitan Sessions Judge, In-charge Family Court, Hyderabad to Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to be tried along with O.P.No.399 of 2014.
Wife is the petitioner and she filed affidavit in support of her transfer petition.
Respondent in spite of service of notice neither appeared in person nor through any advocate.
Heard advocate for petitioner.
In view of reasons stated in the affidavit and also for the reason that E.P. filed by wife in O.P.No.399 of 2014 is pending before the Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, O.P.No.404 of 2012 is withdrawn from the file of II Metropolitan Sessions Judge, In-charge, Family Court, Hyderabad and transferred to Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad for disposal in accordance with law.
Accordingly, this Transfer C.M.P. is allowed.
As a sequel to the disposal of this Transfer C.M.P., the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
