JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 23.09.2015.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after due enquiry, the complaint was closed.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the 2nd respondent is directed to send the closure report to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already sent.
