a) To set aside the Lr. Dis No. 5178/2012, dated 08.06.2012 forwarded by 3rd respondent to 2nd respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional ;
b) Not to finalize the Post of Additional Public prosecutor for the court of VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge cum Asst. Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, LB Nagar until a new panel is sent adhering to the rule of reservation as per Andhra Pradesh Law Officers (Appointment, Conditions of Service) Rules 2000 in GO Ms No. 187 dt. 06.12.2000 ;
