Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the respondents.
2. This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondents 1 to 3 for not taking action against respondents 5 to 22 for structural activities over the land an extent of Ac.3.26 guntas under Survey No.113 of Alwal City, Secunderabad, covered by the layout of the petitioner society dated 20.01.1986 comprising of 36 plots.
3. Respondents 1 to 3 are the Commissioner, Alwal Municipality; Hyderabad Urban Development Authority and Secunderabad Cantonment Board. Now, the Alwal Municipality was merged with the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.
4. The main grievance of the petitioner, from perusal of the affidavit, is against the activity of its members at serial Nos.5 to 22. The dispute is squarely covered by the provisions of the A.P. Co-operative Societies Act, under which the petitioner society was registered.
5. In the circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to agitate its rights/complaints against respondents 5 to 22 before an appropriate forum under the provisions of the A.P. Co- operative Societies Act. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
