Heard learned counsels for the parties.
Present writ petition is filed by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the respondent no. 2 to decide the pending suit no. 704 under section 229-B, U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act(computerized No. T20164040303595)(Yaseen Versus Mahaveer and Others) within stipulated time.
Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent no. 2, Up Zila Adhikari, Tehsil-Tanda, District-Ambedkar Nagar, is directed to consider and decide pending suit no. 704 under section 229-B, U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act(computerized No. T20164040303595)(Yaseen Versus Mahaveer and Others), in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him. Respondent no. 2 shall not grant unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
With the aforesaid, present writ petition is disposed of.
