This second bail application has been filed seeking the release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 228 of 2015, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 34 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Muradnagar, District- Ghaziabad. The first bail application was rejected by this Court on 3.8.2016, on merits.
Record of the case including the earlier bail rejection order has been perused. Learned A.G.A. who is present has also been heard.
Perusal of the record does not make out any such new good ground on the basis of which this bail application may be allowed. The second prayer for bail therefore stands rejected.
It may be observed that as this second bail application has been dismissed in absence of counsel who has chosen not to appear in the Court, therefore, in case any further bail application is moved in future, the same shall be heard and decided in accordance with law, unprejudiced by the present order passed by this Court today.
