JUDGMENT / ORDER

The endorsement on the Board indicates that Notice issued respondent no.6 has remained unserved, as the said respondent is stated to have shifted to another place.
The learned advocate for the petitioner may supply the correct address of respondent No.6 in the Registry, within a period of two weeks from today. Thereafter, upon receipt of the correct address of respondent No.6, Registry shall issue fresh Notice to the said respondent, making it returnable on 02.04.2012.
