JUDGMENT / ORDER

Issue Notice, returnable on 24.01.2013.
In the meantime, the impugned judgment and award dated 09.04.2012 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Gujarat, Rajkot shall remained stayed qua granting continuity of service and back-wages on condition that the respondent-workman shall be reinstated on his original post before the returnable date.
Direct Service is permitted.
