Learned counsel for the petitioners made a statement at bar that the petitioners were not party in Crl. Misc. Writ Petition No. 19381 of 2018 which was filed by other co-accused persons. He prays that the present petition be dismissed as not pressed as the petitioners have got themselves bailed out in the present case from the competent court.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed without their being any liberty to file fresh.
