Withdrawal Application No.03 of 2021 Heard Sri Ajai Kumar Garg, counsel for petitioner/applicant, Sri Ranjit Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2, 3 and 4, Sri T.A. Khan, learned counsel for the respondent nos.5, 6 and 7 and Standing Counsel representing respondent no.1.
Present withdrawal application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner through his counsel Sri Ajai Kumar Garg, with a prayer to dismiss the writ petition as withdrawn on the ground that the parties have already settled their dispute amicably out of the Court.
Learned counsel for the respondents, who are present in the Court as mentioned above, have no objection to the prayer as made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, present withdrawal application is allowed.
Order on Petition In view of the order passed today on C.M. Withdrawal Application No.03 of 2021, whereby withdrawal application has been allowed, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
