This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the order dated 22-3-2016 passed by the R-1 as per Ann-A as illegal, unjust and arbitrary & etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for preliminary hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Sri.B.Lethif, learned counsel for the petitioner. Smt.Swathi Ashok, learned counsel for Smt.S.R.Anuradha, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2.
2. Learned counsel for parties jointly submit that on account of efflux of time, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition insofar as it pertains to the validity of the impugned order. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 13.12.2018 to the respondent No.1 and the writ petition be disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the representation in accordance with law. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent submits that in case such a representation has been filed, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law.
3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1 to consider the representation said to have been submitted by the petitioner, if not already decided, by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
