Sri Samarthya Sinha, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Kapil Tyagi, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present matter has become infructuous as the trial has been concluded and the applicant has been acquitted by the trial Court, hence, the same may be dismissed as such.
Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
