Heard Mr.Pratik Jasani, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr.K.P.Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent no.1-State and perused the impugned order dated 18th April, 2011, passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Rajkot, as well as the order dated 30.06.2011, passed in the instant matter while issuing notice to the respondent.
