Shri Dastoor, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner in each matter seeks permission to withdraw these petitions and urges that the appropriate authority i.e respondent no. 1 be directed to decide the representation made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. Permission as sought for is granted. Petitions are disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority i.e respondent no. 1 to decide the representation made by the petitioner in each matter as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Direct service permitted.
