Heard Sri Pankaj Kumar Tyagi, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.302 of 2017, under Sections 363, 366, 376, 368, 366-A IPC & 16 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kakod, District Bulandshahar, with the prayer to enlarge her on bail.
Considering the fact that the applicant though is a lady was involved in trafficking of girl. The victim has also in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has narrated the version the manner in which the applicant was involved in flesh trade, I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of bail to the applicant.
The bail application is accordingly rejected.
