Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.
The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.1/court concerned i.e. Chairman, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Kanpur Nagar to consider and decide/expedite the complaint case no.465 of 2017.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that complaint case no.465 of 2017 is pending hence direction be issued for decide the same within stipulated period.
Considered the submissions. The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Kanpur Nagar is expected to consider and decide the aforesaid matter, as expeditiously as possible, without unreasonable delay, in accordance with law.
Accordingly, present writ petition is finally disposed off.
