This writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the appropriate authority to consider the application of the petitioner for grant of benefit under U.P. Loan Waiver Scheme 2017, to the extent of Rs. 1 lakh to the petitioner.
The petitioner has moved an application for grant of benefit under U.P. Loan Waiver Scheme 2017, which has been forwarded by the Branch Manager to the appropriate authority on 8.11.2017, but no order has been passed on it.
The writ petition is disposed of directing the appropriate authority to consider the petitioner for grant of benefit under U.P. Loan Waiver Scheme 2017 and pass an appropriate order in the application of the petitioner dated 13.11.2017, within two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him.
