The present writ petition seeks a mandamus upon respondents 5 to 8 not to create hindrance in construction of house of the petitioners.
The respondents 5 to 8 are private individuals and therefore no writ petition would lie against them. The petitioner may take recourse to civil proceeding before a civil court or such other appropriate legal remedy as may be advised.
With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is disposed off.
