This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner for transfer of investigation of the complaint being I.C.R. No.140/2011 registered with Madhavpura Police Station, Ahmedabad, for the offences punishable under sections 498A and 114 of the Indian Penal Code.
Now, after opinion of the Medical Officer who carried out post-mortem, final report is also availed after analysis of visera, which rules out any possibility of presence of any kind of poison and further the cause of death is natural.
In view of the above, no direction, as prayed for, can be given. No case is made out. This petition is rejected. Notice is discharged.
