Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the charge sheet dated 28.4.2015 as well as the entire proceedings of Case No. 231 of 2018 arising out of Case Crime No 651 of 2014, under Sections 420,467,468 I.P.C., Police Station- Chirgaon, District- Jhansi, pending in the court of A.C.M. 1st Jhansi.
The learned counsel for the applicant is granted liberty to move a discharge application raising all the grounds which have been raised in this application before the court concerned.
During the pendency of the discharge application the applicant shall not be compelled to be present on every date.
The application is finally disposed of.
