JUDGMENT / ORDER

In this matter, notice was issued to the respondent on 02.06.2014 asking him to enter appearance through counsel on 09.06.2014. Today both counsel for the respondent as well as the respondent himself are present in Chambers. It is pointed out that pursuant to the interim order dated 09.05.2014, the petitioner in the writ petition has been permitted to continue to attend to his duties at Central Depot, Thiruvananthapuram, and, hence, there is no basis for proceeding against the respondent in the contempt petition. This submission on behalf of the respondent in the contempt petition is recorded and, finding that there is no wilfull disobedience of the order passed by this Court, the contempt petition is closed. prp A.K.JAYASANKARAN NAMBIAR JUDGE
