1. Heard learned advocate Mr. Bhatt for the applicant and learned APP Mr. Raval for respondent no.1-State. None appears for respondent no.2 though served.
2. Learned advocate Mr. Bhatt for the applicants took me through the order of the Sessions Court more particularly para-14 of the said order wherein it is observed by the Sessions Court that since the brother of the applicant who married to the sister of the respondent no.2 pays Rs.2,000/- per month as maintenance to sister of respondent no.2, the maintenance amount which was fixed by the trial court at Rs.4,000/- per month came to be reduced at Rs.2,000/- per month. It is submitted by learned advocate Mr. Bhatt for the applicants that except above, no reason is assigned by the Sessions Court for reduction of amount of maintenance.
3. In view of above, Rule returnable on 06/02/2012. Learned APP Mr. Raval waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent-State.
