Order on Correction Application No. 2 of 2018.
1. This Application has been moved for correction name of respondent No. 1 in the computer data as "Riyaz Ahmad" in place of "Raziya Ahmad" the array of parties fed and also in the 4th line of first paragraph of the order dated 21.05.2018. According to the counsel for petitioner-applicant the array of parties as mentioned in the petition is "Smt. Jubaida Begum Vs. Riyaz Ahmad and another", but due to typographical error in the feeding of the parties' name in the computer data name of respondent No. 1 i.e. "Riyaz Ahmad" has been shown as "Raziya Ahmad" and the Computer Section be directed to correct the array of the parties. A correction has also been prayed for in the 4th line of the order dated 21.05.2018.
2. Correction in the 4th line in the name of Respondent No. 1 has been made by me today.
3. With respect to the array of the parties in the Cause Title of this petition a direction is issued to the Computer Section to make necessary correction forthwith.
4. Correction Application stands disposed off.
