Today, when the matter is taken up, Mr.A.Palanimuthu,, Inspector of Police, Woraiyur Police Station is present. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), on instructions, submitted that the order dated 26.08.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15550/2016 has been complied with and on the complaint given by the petitioner, a regular case in Crime No.480/2017 has been registered on 23.02.2017 under Section 379 IPC. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
