JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to grant permission for conducting cultural programmes from 13.01.2017 to 15.01.2017 in the place mentioned in the petition, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.
2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents.
3.It is seen from the records that a representation has been given on 09.01.2017. But the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, the following order can be issued.
4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the fourth respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Bodinaickkanur Taluk Police Station is directed to look into the representation dated 09.01.2017 and dispose of the same immediately. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
