The complaint is that despite recommendation made by the authorities, the bill amount has not been paid so far. 2. Having regrd to the aforesaid factual situation, I am of view that this writ petition can be disposed of as under:

The 4th respondent is directed to consider Exts. P2 and P3 and pass necessary orders within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
