JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions would submit that the order which is the subject matter of the contempt has been complied with by the respondents vide proceedings dated 24.11.2016 in Na.Ka.No.2996/M1/2016 issued by the District Educational Officer, Chennai North, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008.
2. This court heard the submissions of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. In the light of the above said developments, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
