JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying that this Court may be pleased to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, on 10.02.2009, in W.P.(MD)No.7524 of 2008.
2. By the order, dated 10.02.2009, this Court had directed the respondent to select and appoint a suitable person for the post of Noon Meal Organizer, from the list of candidates submitted by the petitioner school.
3. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that one Mrs.B.Sasikala, belonging to the Adi Dravidar Community has been selected and appointed as a Noon Meal Organizer, as per the directions issued by this Court, by its order, dated 10.02.2009, made in W.P.(MD).No.7524 of 2008.
4. In such circumstances, since no further orders are required, the contempt petition stands closed.
