JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The letter said to have written by the detenu to the second respondent prima facie would show that she has left the petitioner willingly.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is not known whether the said letter given by the detenue is voluntarily or not.
3.We are of the view that it is a matrimonial dispute between the parties. Therefore, we do not find any illegal detention.
4.In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy, in the manner known to law.

2.The Inspector of Police, Karaikudi Town Police Station, Sivagangai District.
