JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging disobedience of the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5035 of 2016 dated 23.03.2016.
2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) represents that in this case, final report was filed and the same was taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai on 13.02.107 in S.T.C.No.321 of 2017.
3.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, the question of contempt does not arise in this case. Hence, this contempt petition is closed.
