1. Vide order dated 09.11.2011, this Court (Coram: Anant S. Dave, J.), has passed the following order:-
"Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner.
When the claim is made by the petitioner for selection to the post of Superintending Engineer from the feeder cadre of Executive Engineer, Rules, Regulations and Office Memorandum governing criteria for considering the case of the petitioner for such post are not placed on record.
In view of the above, the matter is adjourned to 28th November, 2011."

Mehta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has sought to produce the certain provisions of the erstwhile Gujarat Electricity Board. On perusal of the same, the same relates to the other aspect of promotion other than what was provided in order dated 09.11.2011.
3. Ms.Mehta, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time to produce on record of this petition the relevant Rules.
4. To enable Ms.Mehta to produce on record the said Rules, S.O. to 06.02.2012.
