1. This Court (Coram: G.B. Shah, J.) vide order dated 17.11.2011 was pleased to issue notice, returnable on 09.12.2011. Thereafter, the matter is adjourned for more than three times on account of non filing of the affidavit-in-reply by the Union of India.
2. Ms.Archana U. Amin, learned Central Government counsel submits that in spite of repeated requests, the instructions are not received by her and hence, she prays for further time.
3. Considering the request, the matter is adjourned to 19.03.2012. However, the respondents are directed to file affidavit-in-reply latest by 19.03.2012. If no affidavit-in-reply is filed, respondent No.1 shall remain personally present before this Court on the next date.
4. The petitioner is permitted to serve copy of this order upon respondent No.1 by speed-post.
