JUDGMENT / ORDER

The limited prayer in this petition is for a direction to the Munsiff Court, Irinjalakkuda to take up and dispose of Ext.P1 application as early as possible, within a time limit fixed by this Court. 2. Ext.P1 is the interlocutory application filed by the parties concerned for an interim relief in the suit. The grievance is that the matter was heard long ago, and it is pending orders. Since the order is not being passed, the petitioner would say that he is put irreparable loss and injuries. Therefore, the petitioner requests there may be a direction to dispose of the petition at the earliest.
3. In the nature of the order that is proposed to be passed by this court in this petition, notice to the respondent is unnecessary.
-2-
O.P.(C). No. 2423 of 2014 In the result, this petition is allowed. There will be a direction to the Munsiff Court, Irinjalakkuda to pass orders on Ext.P1, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of one month from the receipt of a copy of this judgment.
