When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed by the first respondent relating to Crime No.2586 of 2012, before the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.1209 of 2013.
