JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 12 in Crime No.631 of 2014 of the Baliapattom Police Station for the offences punishable under Secs.143, 147, 148, 341, 447, 436, 427 and 506(ii) r/w Sec.149 of the Indian Penal Code, apprehend arrest and have filed this application.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the application.
It is submitted that on 27.05.2014 at about 3 a.m, the petitioners set fire to the office causing damage to the building and furniture resulting in loss of `1,50,000/-.
3. Learned counsel submits that the allegations are not true and that the petitioners are falsely implicated.
4. On gone through the CD file I find the extent of damage described in the mahazar for scene of occurrence. Whether the petitioners are involved or not is a matter to be investigated. In the nature of allegations and the investigation required to be done, request of the petitioners for pre-arrest bail cannot be allowed.
The application is dismissed.
