JUDGMENT / ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that, the petitioner is unable to attend the 3rd Semester Supplementary and 5th Semester B.Tech examinations for reason that the malpractice proceedings initiated against him as per Ext.P1 has not been concluded.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the University.
3. The petitioner, if otherwise eligible shall be permitted to appear for the 3rd Semester Supplementary and 5th Semester B.Tech examinations provided the petitioner has made applications and paid the requisite fees in accordance with the rules of the University. The petitioner shall be issued with hall tickets provisionally and the result of the examinations shall be subject to the W.P.(C) No.30372 of 2014 -: 2 :-
malpractice proceedings initiated by Ext.P1. It would be desirable that the University concludes the malpractice proceedings within a period of 'three months' from today.
4. It is made clear that, the publication of results shall be subject to the conclusion of the malpractice proceedings.
The writ petition is disposed of.
