JUDGMENT / ORDER

The writ petition was filed challenging Ext.P1 sale notice issued by the 1st respondent Bank in connection with recovery of loan amounts from the petitioner. When the matter was taken up today, it was submitted on behalf of the respondents that the petitioner has since closed the loan amounts by effecting payment of the entire amount due. This submission of the respondents is recorded and the writ petition is closed as infructuous.
