Joseph Lal vs Baptist Church Trust Association

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|05 February, 2014

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Shri Madhav Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions in the matter.
A perusal of the relief sought in the writ petition indicates that the order dated 18.12.2002 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Room No. 21, Agra allowing impleadment application Paper No. 118-Ga and the order passed by the appellate court dated 17.3.2007 dismissing the appeal of the petitioner, are under challenge.
As there is no interim order, it appears that the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time.
In view of the above statement, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Order Date :- 5.2.2014 Brijesh
