JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Petitioner prays for expeditious consideration of variation application applied as per Ext.P3. Petitioner's contention is that, the route, through which the petitioner has now been permitted to run, was a sector where the road is not motorable and hence, the petitioner sought for an alternate route.
2. In such circumstance, it is only proper that Ext.P3 application be considered, taking into account the specific facts pleaded in the writ petition. Petitioner shall also produce a copy of the writ petition before the Authority. A decision shall be taken within a period of six weeks.
Writ petition is disposed off.
