The petitioner has submitted Exhibit P2 complaint to the first respondent alleging obstruction caused by the unauthorised construction made by the 5th respondent. The petitioner complains that no action has been taken on Exhibit P2, till date. 2. Since Exhibit P2 is pending consideration of the first respondent, it is sufficient that the same is directed to considered without delay.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the first respondent to consider Exhibit P2 complaint in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as the 5th respondent as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of six weeks of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
