The respondent enters appearance and submits that he has no objection in transferring the matter pending before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram to Family Court, Alappuzha. In the light of the above submission, this petition is allowed and O.P.No.161/2014 pending before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram shall stand transferred to Family Court, Alappuzha. The parties to appear before the Family Court, Alappuzha on 18.12.2014.
