JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners claim to be assignees from tenants of the property involved in the suit for recovery of possession and other reliefs. Parties similarly situate have been permitted to cut the old rubber trees and replant under the supervision of the Advocate Commissioner. The details of the order can be had in the judgment dated 18.02.2013 in O.P.(C). No. 342/2013.
2. The petitioners are also therefore permitted to cut the rubber trees and replant the land subject to the same terms and conditions in the judgment in O.P.(C). No. 342/2013. I hasten to add that such a course will not confer any special right on the petitioners and is only a stopgap arrangement during the pendency of suit. The Court below shall pass consequential orders on motion made by the petitioners to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to do the acts needful.
No further directions are warranted and the Original Petitions are disposed of.
