JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners approached this Court alleging that respondents 7 to 9 are operating quarry without necessary permission and in violation of the statutory rules. 2. The learned counsel appearing for respondents 7 to 9 submits that they are not operating quarry. It is submitted that one Abdul Nazeer is operating quarry and is having all necessary licences and he is not made a party to the proceedings.
The writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to challenge the permission granted to Sri.Abdul Nazeer and also operation of quarry by him.
