JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Petitioner had submitted Ext.P11 revision petition before the District Collector, Kottayam against an order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) rejecting the request of the petitioner to mutate the property in his name. According to the petitioner, he urgently requires mutation and therefore he has submitted the above revision petition and the delay in disposal of the same will cause undue hardship to him.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
3. Having regard to the nature of the contentions, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of as under:
The first respondent shall consider Ext.P11 revision petition and dispose of the same, after W.P.(C)No.13866 of 2014 -:2:-
hearing the affected parties, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
