The petitioner in the writ petition, who had sought for a transfer from Idukki Diocese to Kothamangalam Diocese, but was not granted the same, approached this Court through the aforesaid writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to transfer him to the station sought for. Although various contention are raised in the writ petition, the petitioner would now produce Ext.P10 order, that was passed on 01.06.2015, whereby he has been posted as HSST (Malayalam) in SMHSS, Arakuzha with effect from 01.06.2015. It is the submission of counsel for the petitioner that the with the passing of Ext.P10 order, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Accordingly, accepting Ext.P10 on file, the writ petition is closed.
